WEST WAREHOUSE AND THE GALLERY
Is furniture included? Yes! Furniture is included with your event space. No need to worry about rentals.
Is hard liquor allowed? No hard liquor is permitted on our premises. We pour great craft beer and that's where the magic lives. West Warehouse and Gallery events are allowed to serve wine and ciders for an additional fee.
Can we have non-alcoholic beverages? Absolutely. Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Just bring them in coolers with ice and you're all set.
Are food trucks allowed? Yes, and there's no additional charge for bringing in a food truck or food pop up tent.
Can we extend our event time? Additional time can be purchased, though please note that opening early or closing late does come with an extra cost. Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate and send a quote.
What are the music and DJ policies? DJs are not permitted in the Oasis, LP, or Lounge spaces, but fine in the West Warehouse and Gallery. Live music is not allowed in any of our spaces.
Can we purchase additional drink tickets? Yes! Extra drink tickets are available for purchase at $10 each plus gratuity.
Are outlets available? Yes! Outlets are available for you. Please bring an extension cord.
Can we bring TVs or screens? TVs are included with the Launch Pad and West Warehouse. One can be brought into the Gallery and Oasis for a small fee. Please note in the Gallery space, a laptop or external connection is required for live television. We can provide standard cables for connection.
Who handles trash? We've got you covered. Trash cans and liners are provided throughout the space. Though you are not expected to take out the trash, you are responsible for throwing away your trash.
What are the décor guidelines? We love a beautifully decorated event! A few things to keep in mind: no glitter or confetti (including inside balloons), tape must be painter's tape only, and no hooks in the walls. Cleaning fees or damage fees may apply if these guidelines aren't followed. We appreciate your care for the space!
Is AV equipment available? Yes! A projector is available in all indoor spaces for $95. Please note that AV/projector setup is not available in the Oasis.
Are open flames allowed? Open flames are not permitted, but Sternos (canned fuel food warmers) are allowed so your catered spread can stay nice and warm!
Is the venue kid and pet friendly? Yes! We welcome both little ones and four-legged friends. Please note that a 2-to-1 adult-to-minor ratio is required for events with children.
When does our event need to wrap up? All events must conclude at least one hour before our closing time. This helps our team reset and ensures a smooth end to your celebration. All event decoration and trash must be removed at the conclusion of your event. If there is no other event booked in the space after you, you are likely welcome to stay but the space then becomes open to the public.
Is the deposit refundable? No, but it is transferable and can be used at a different date. If an emergency comes up and your event needs to be canceled, please contact Kellen Cox, Private Events Manager.
What am I expected to clean? The space is expected to look how it looked when you arrive. Common Space will take care of Common Space glassware and take the trash out. You are responsible for your own trash.
