About Common Space

Common Space is an award-winning brewery, taproom, and event space in Hawthorne, CA focused on creating fresh beer and an inclusive, welcoming place for people to gather. From private events and live DJs to sports watch parties and everyday taproom hangs, there’s always something happening here.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a part-time Content Creator to capture real moments around the brewery - private events, taproom energy, sports watch parties, and more. This role is focused on capturing content (photo + video) that can be used across social media, website, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture photo + video content

  • Film short-form video content for Reels + Stories

  • Deliver raw content weekly (light editing is a plus, not required)

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is reliable, proactive, and has a good eye for design

  • Bonus: basic editing skills (Reels, CapCut, etc.)

Schedule

  • ~5 to 10 hours per week

  • Mix of:

    • Evenings (events, sports nights)

    • Weekends (private events, peak hours)

  • Flexible based on schedule

Pay Rate

  • $25-30 an hour
