1. How much does it cost to rent a private event space at Common Space Brewery?
Pricing varies by space. Our semi-private spaces (Beer Oasis and Launch Pad) start at $995 + tax and tip for up to 60 guests, including 60 drink tickets. The Lounge starts at $695 + tax and tip for up to 35 guests, including 35 drink tickets. Larger spaces like the West Warehouse and The Gallery start at $1500 plus a drink minimum. 2. How many guests can Common Space Brewery accommodate?
We host events ranging from intimate gatherings of 25 guests up to large-scale events of 300+ guests, depending on which of our 5 event spaces you choose.
3. Is Common Space Brewery dog-friendly and family-friendly?
Yes. We're a family-friendly and dog-friendly venue, welcoming guests of all ages and their pups for private events.
4. Where is Common Space Brewery located?
We're centrally located in the South Bay at 3411 W El Segundo Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250, just minutes from Manhattan Beach, Inglewood, El Segundo, LAX and SoFi Stadium.

Yes, we offer parking on-site for private event guests. We also suggest ride-sharing.
6. Can I bring in outside catering or food trucks for my event?
Yes, you're welcome to bring in your own catering or hire a food truck for your event. Ask us about our recommended vendors.
